Announcing Our 2013 Olive Oil Summit!

Due to the overwhelming success and interest in our comprehensive 2012 Olive Oil Summit, we will be offering another event in mid-summer 2013.  We are currently looking at late July or early August for the event to take place.

Our event will be even bigger and better this year with the addition of new presenters, journalists, award winning producers from both hemispheres, chemists, agronomists, and the most respected industry experts from around the globe.

Also new this year, as an addendum to our summit, we will be hosting an additional one day rigorous sensory evaluation course taught by the "oldest and most illustrious olive oil tasting school in the world" - (Tom Mueller), the ONAOO of Italy.  The core members of the ONAOO will be flying in to offer an exclusive, rigorous sensory evaluation course which will result in the receipt of a certificate upon completion.  This course is being developed specifically for Veronica Foods as a respected pioneer and visionary of education in olive oil quality.

We expect this comprehensive event to sell out as it did last year.  A newsletter offering more details will be sent out soon and tickets will go on sale within the next few weeks.
