Video - Molto Denissimo Balsamico - 1.36+ Density - Look For It On The List Tomorrow

This balsamic (made especially for Veronica Foods) has me losing sleep. Seriously. It's so gorgeous, so rich, so complex... I'm downright smitten and my mind is going a mile a minute imagining how it will take my caramelized brussle sprouts over the top for Thanksgiving this year.

I made a short very unprofessional video to demonstrate its viscosity at 70 F.  Its viscosity increases with cooler temps. So if you're in a colder area, make sure to bring it to room temperature to bottle it, as it's truly DENISSIMO!  And as you would imagine, this higher natural density of grape solids, owed to a longer cooking, and even an longer aging process is accompanied by tremendous depth of flavor.
