We're delighted to announce that our superlative Spanish table olives are back in stock! Check out the new and exciting varieties we added and note that we elected to remove all mono-sodium glutamate from the recipes. Despite our exhaustive research showing this ingredient to be innocuous in trace amounts, we heard your requests and took it out. The following olives are new to our line-up and will appear on the next order form we update and send out:

MCH273 Saba from Modena Italy - Super Limited Quantity- While Supplies Last!!!

Additionally, we've received a very limited batch of Gorgeous Saba from our partner in Modena, Italy. Saba is a delicious cooked and caramelized reduction of unaged grape must made from hand picked, sun-ripened Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes in Modena. It is a sweet, thick condiment very much like molasses except without any bitter notes. It boasts a lovely, complex flavor redolent with notes of honey, fig, and sundried raisins. Use it to glaze vegetables, meats, poultry, with cheese plates or as a confectionary condiment for ice cream, yogurt, fruit salad, cakes, pancakes, and more.
