Lion's Creek Olive Estate UP EVOO in the Works!
We are pleased to introduce Lion's Creek Olive Oil which is a family owned and operated estate in the Karoo region of Western Cape in South Africa! This exclusive partner mill of Veronica Foods is milling extremely early based on our prescribed method to achieve our optimal early fruit maturity index which translates to fantastic chemistry, flavor, and health benefit. They reported to us today that their current yield is 13% to 16%! Husband and wife farmers Andries and Louise Rabie are passionate about Lion's Creek Olive Oil's robust environmental initiative and the quality of the olive oil they're making for Veronica Foods supplied stores.
