pioneers and leaders of the Olive Oil Revolution in the USA, is proud to host
its first interactive education seminar and tasting course of brand new Southern
Hemisphere oils at the Claremont Hotel in Berkeley.
Veronica Foods Company will also unveil
its "UP" (Ultra Premium) quality seal which represents ultra traceability and the
highest industry standard for quality. As we continue to raise the bar, the "UP" seal will
empower store owners to educate and reassure the consumer. It will also serve to distinguish
Veronica Food stores from those entities selling substandard and or adulterated product.
We invite and encourage you as our
partners to join in this crucial endeavor to change the face of the olive oil
industry. Don’t miss this incredibly rare experience as world renowned industry
experts, trailblazing producers, and prominent chefs explore the current issues and
findings surrounding the olive oil industry.

and we look forward to seeing you then!

registration on June 25, 2012.

a. Your tickets will not be official and confirmed until
we receive the check. If we
do not receive the ticket order form and payment within 6 business days of your
email we will open up your reserved tickets to other stores.
