This Early harvest Australian Manzanillo is loaded with fruit: Green strawberry, green apple, melon and jammy notes. If it's fruit that you desire, look no further. Creamy and viscous, with a slightly bitter middle & desirable pepper finish.

Loaded with desirable pungency and bold green fruit attributes, this high phenolic Picholine displays  green olive & apple notes and ample but fleeting middle bitterness.  The finish is both spicy and pungent. This Robust example is extremely complex.

With a fruitiness score of 6.2, this example of delicate but fruity Leccino is the highest scorer in fruitiness of all Southern hemisphere oils, by the taste panel. Green apple notes, a creamy mouth feel, balanced pungency but very little bitterness makes this a crowd pleasing sweet oil.

This limited Italian Variety small batch blend is comprised of : Moraiolo, Carolea and Pizza Carroga varieties. Displaying fruity and also floral fragrances, this unique small batch cuvee has mid herbaceous notes mingled with slight berry and takes high scores in fruitiness with very little bitterness and pungency.

Displaying extremely grassy aromas with hints of green apple, this early harvest South African Tuscan variety is well balanced. This is a good example of a well made Frantoio which is difficult to find.

 This outstanding example of Coratina has been lauded and chosen as a favorite by many tasters for having an extremely high score in green fruitiness. This example is very robust but creamy, herbal and complex. The attributes display cut grass, apple peel and herbaceous notes of peppery arugula.
