A few quick updates…..

We've received the first of our Small Batch, Estate Grown Northern Hemisphere oils from California and wanted to make sure they were made available to you as soon as possible! They are listed on the newest order form.  Here is your disclaimer - they are EXTREMELY ROBUST and contain ample bitterness and pungency - these will cater to a very small crowd focused on the health benefits inherent to dry farmed, early harvest, intense olive oils! These oils were made from very green fruit, so we believe the Polyphenols will be very high!

Again, these very intense oils are not for everyone, so please take this in to account when ordering!!! Additionally because of their limited quantity, they are available on a fist come, first serve basis and limited to 1 cube of each variety, per location.

The other Olio Nuovo California Oil we added is an Arbosana from another producer.  It is much more delicate and there is no limit on the California Arbosana! Chemistry to follow on all of the newly released early harvest California oils. We will pass it along as soon as we have it.

The majority of our small window boxes which were stuck at the port are reportedly being released today Monday the 24th, so please continue to add them to your order and we will get them out to you.

And finally, this is a short week for VFC. We will be closed Thursday & Friday. Rest assured, we are working our crew overtime everyday and on Saturdays to get your orders out  to you as expeditiously as possible.
