Lots of News to Share!
Hello folks,
We are pleased to introduce our fresh crop, South
African high poly, Don Carlo extra virgin olive oil at a whopping 556 ppm phenol content, available
now. Not only is this a very rare single cultivar, it's a big, big oil - more pungent
than bitter, and will be extremely popular for those interested in consuming it for
the health benefits!
Some tasting notes: bitter herb, herbaceous notes, grassy, pine --lingering
pungency. Green apple, sour grass aromas.
We’ve purchased everything that this farm produced exclusively for us,
which was slightly less than 3, 500 hundred gallons. Sounds like a lot but this
oil will sell out very quickly! Please
email Sarah for fusti tags on this and the brand new Frantoio just in from South
Africa. These tags will be ready by the end of the week.
Drum-roll please! …The long awaited Denissimo is back in
stock!
- The Denissimo is a limited release & first come first serve. We are working diligently on getting more Denissimo from Modena! This is an artisan product that takes an extremely long time to produce.
As
usual, we cross reference this pertinent info on our e-mail newsletter. Please make sure that you're always
using the most recent, up to date product order form for submission. If you have been able
to receive the store lists and letters in the past, the same should apply moving forward.
There have not been any changes in how this information is sent out.
