Veronica Foods on Location for Southern Hemisphere UP Harvest

Mike Bradley and team are busy visiting our award winning partner estates in the Southern Hemisphere. In this video shot on location in Chile, sound, early green fruit are picked at a ripeness index specified by the UP quality standard and then trucked quickly to be milled within an astounding 90 minutes after being harvested!  It's this kind of strict attention to detail and practice that forge the highest quality extra virgin olive oil on the planet.
