We are pleased to announce the release of our final Ultra Premium California Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our California Arbosana was one of the most popular domestic oils we offered last season.  We are pleased to offer it again this year.

California Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Clean, with savory buttery-artichoke notes and a nice peppery finish, this oil has quite a kick at the end, yet exhibits very little bitterness. It was crushed in early November and represents a small estate production. It is the finest example of Arbosana we tasted this year, after being bombarded with Arbosana samples from farms all over California. The complete chemistry will be released soon.
