The remainder of our Ultra Premium Northern hemisphere crop will
be arriving throughout February. On the
enclosed list you will find 6 new extra virgin olive oils from Spain and
California. Some or all of these will be
packed up and available by the end of the week. If you’d like to
discuss these or other incoming single varieties (from Portugal, Italy, CA
& Tunisia), chemistry or flavor profiles, please email Leah at maindesk@evoliveoil.com. Fusti Tags for the newest Ultra Premium Certified Northern Hemisphere Extra Virgin Olive Oils with full chemistry will be available soon!

The feedback has
been immensely positive regarding our recent decision to switch to UP extra virgin olive oil at
the end of November for all infused olive oils! The new infused line is brighter in flavor,
more durable and healthier since our switch away from Organic evoo! We are currently infusing our Ultra Premium Chilean
Arbequina! We welcome your feedback:
