New York Olive Oil Course Recently Announced
The recently announced New York Olive Oil "Immersion" Course will take place at Eataly. The event offers two tiers of pricing: ($1,850) with ONAOO certification if the individual attempts and then passes the aptitude trials, and $1,550 without attempting the trials for certification. This NY certification course is bundled with some culinary education and is only being offered to 20 individuals. Its corresponding certificate is identical to what individuals received at our intensive ONAOO three day sensory course which abutted the 2013 Olive Oil Summit in August. However, our ONAOO certification course and trials were offered at $500 rather than $1,850 with identical certification if the individual passed the sensory aptitude trials.
